The Academia Exchange

Academia is the title of the network of guidance organisations in Europe who organise transnational placement programmes for guidance practitioners in participating countries.

Aim of the Academia Exchange of Guidance Practitioners:
The Exchange Programme aims to provide guidance practitioners with a direct experience of the European Dimension of Guidance through participation in a week long guidance study visit in another European country.

Hosting
NCGE coordinates the 'Guidance in Ireland' programme for European practitioners to learn about and live the Irish experience of guidance. Hosting offers a chance for Irish practitioners to work with their European colleagues, learning about the systems in their countries and sharing information and ideas.
